Recently Formuler has been made aware of counterfeit (fake) Formuler remotes being sold in the market. Counterfeit Formuler remotes have the FORMULER logo printed on them, but generally are of poor quality
and may cause compatibility issues.
We issue this warning to all customers to avoid confusion and provide transparency.
Please be warned that selling counterfeit products are illegal and punishable by civil and criminal courts according to the trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws and regulations.
Formuler will actively take measures to cease and confiscate these counterfeit products to the maximum extent granted by governing laws.
